Through our regular, practice-oriented trainings, you as an authorised Partner ensure that your customers’ alerting systems in the emergency services sector always operate reliably and efficiently. In this way, the maximum availability of the alerting solutions can be guaranteed. Our experienced specialists personally guide you through the content, which is provided in English.
Our trainings are specifically tailored to the needs of our Partners – whether in sales, maintenance or service. This ensures that you can provide optimal advice to your customers on Swissphone devices and systems.

Confirmation of Registration and Invoicing
Around two weeks before the training date, you will receive a written confirmation and the invoice. The invoice is payable immediately upon receipt. Training fees are per participant and include training materials and daily catering, including the statutory VAT. Costs for accommodation and travel are not included in the training fees.
Cancellation by the Participant
Cancellations by participants are free of charge if submitted in writing at least two weeks before the training begins. In the event of later cancellations or no-shows, the full participation fee will be charged. If you are personally unable to attend, your representative may of course participate in your place.
Training Delivery
Swissphone reserves the right to cancel trainings for organisational reasons and to make changes to the programme or schedule, as well as to change trainers if necessary. A minimum of 3 participants is required for a training to take place. The maximum number of participants is usually limited to approx. 10 people.
Registration for the training courses is closed for this year. However, we look forward to offering the partner training courses again next year.
