Location & Position: Flexible, subject to Swissphone approval. Business travel of up to 25% is envisaged.

 

Your Duties

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementing Swissphone’s Critical Incident Management solutions for new and/or existing clients (in particular, Swissphone’s US Key Account, a Fortune Global 500 company) . The Implementation Specialist is the clients’ champion, ensuring the organization successfully implements and consistently delivers services that are of superior quality, exceeding the clients’ expectations, and anticipating their future needs.

 

Primary Duties

  • You’ll manage (and execute) the technical implementation of our critical incident management solutions.
  • You’ll communicate the value of what we do to clients through a high level of understanding of our critical incident management solutions and services
  • and the available configuration options.
  • You’ll advise management of customer acceptance of existing or proposed products and services and makes recommendations on enhancements or new
  • services based upon client input.
  • You’ll carry the ultimate responsibility for the success of a client’s implementation while operating in a cohesive team environment.
  • You’ll partner with Account Management, Sales, Product Management, and Product Development for technical matters and problem resolution regarding client product or service issues.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-5 years technical business and/or client service experience
  • Experience with SaaS environments
