Swissphone has subsidiaries in Germany, France, Austria, and the USA. Our USA Subsidiary, Swissphone LLC was established in 2009 and is based in Windsor, CO., and services our partner and end-user client base in the USA and Canada.
Location & Position: Flexible, subject to Swissphone approval. Business travel of up to 25% is envisaged.
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementing Swissphone’s Critical Incident Management solutions for new and/or existing clients (in particular, Swissphone’s US Key Account, a Fortune Global 500 company) . The Implementation Specialist is the clients’ champion, ensuring the organization successfully implements and consistently delivers services that are of superior quality, exceeding the clients’ expectations, and anticipating their future needs.
