We’re looking for a native English speaker, located either in the UK or in Switzerland.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives in United Kingdom, Ireland as well as Australia and New Zealand.
• Identify and approach potential customers, understanding their technical requirements and offering suitable solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Actively seek new business opportunities and network within the industry to expand the customer base.
• Coordinate closely with the technical team to understand product specifications and ensure accurate representation to customers.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are mutually beneficial to both parties.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide accurate market insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Your requirements

• Proven track record in technical sales or relevant field, ideally within a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of technical products and services, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present and negotiate with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address customer needs effectively.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required (20-30%).
• German language skills are seen as a plus but are not strictly required.
