I.SEARCH

I.SEARCH is the professional WEB alert server for all applications. Thanks to its modular structure it can be customised to suit all requirements. I.SEARCH can be custom extended and therefore provides the right solution for all time-critical incidents.

In addition to conventional PBX searching (Private Branch Exchange) I.SEARCH also facilitates connections to building control systems and alarm contacts as well as the transmission of messages from the Web interface.

I.SEARCH supports the ‘MLG Professional’ multiple charging station. As soon as a pager is placed in the charging compartment, I.SEARCH recognises that the owner of the pager is absent. Alternatively, I.SEARCH can be connected to a time-recording system. An alert is sent to the mobile phone as soon as the person who is sought is outside of the building. Voice alerting is another new feature. If the person who is sought cannot be contacted, an alternative person is alerted (escalation management).
