The “Prevention Forum” is Austria’s most important event dedicated to prevention. Safety experts will be presenting new developments and will provide information on every aspect of “health and safety in the workplace”. Swissphone will be presenting its new SWISSPHONE TRIO at the forum: a personal emergency call system, with which only those persons working on an accident are able to trigger an emergency call quickly at any time. The emergency call is triggered either by operating the SOS button or even automatically. Where a person has been motionless for a period of time, or in the event of a fall, the position, movement and acceleration sensors integrated in the device will trigger the emergency call automatically.
Alongside the emergency call, the geographic co-ordinates of the person involved in the accident are also transmitted to the operations control centre and displayed on a map. Help can be mobilised immediately and effectively in this way.
